Children were placed in the kitchen area for time out, this method was not a brief separation but more of an isolation making supervision of the child more difficult.

Children were placed in time out at the kitchen area where cleaning supplies were at their reach.

An Infant caregiver was present in the classroom with an ineligibility notification from Background Check Unit. Caregiver was asked to leave the facility.

Puss in Boots movie was on in the infant room (ages 3 months - 7 months). Caregiver turn off the movie when I asked.
