During the playground inspection, a slide was observed on the asphalt playground, with no loose fill material.
During the playground inspections, the chain link fence was found to have protruding pieces on the bottom, causing a safety hazard. There was a battery found in a playhouse. A tarp was on the ground of the playground, posing a potential suffocation or entanglement risk. The bushes from the neighboring house are overgrown through the fence into the playground. These plants have sharp, thorny leaves. There are places on both playgrounds where the weeds are overgrown.
Floor cleaner was observed accessible to children as it was located in an unlocked cabinet under the sink in the children restroom. Note: Corrected at inspection when the cleaner was moved and placed on a high shelf out of reach.
