There were black trash bags filled with toys and equipment in the play area of the dinning hall used by children. There was a highchair in the dinning area that was torn from the upper area of the safety straps. The after school classroom had a table with a broken apron. There was a broken lid from a bin in the after school classroom. There was a pile of old boxes and trash bags towards the shed in the outdoor play area.
One child in care did not have signed Authorization for emergency medical attention.

On March 9th, 2 caregivers were left responsible for 42 children including 6 infants between 6:30am-9:00am. On March 10, 2 caregivers were left responsible for 39 children including 7 infants between 6:30-9:00am. On March 11th, 3 caregivers were left responsible for 30 children including 6 infants between 6:30-9:00am.
