Cleaning solutions were observed underneath the sinks in the school age restrooms and were accessible to children. This was corrected when staff removed the cleaning solutions from restrooms.

At the time of inspection there was a four and a half inch gap under the barrier surrounding the playground platform. The rail going down the steps also has a gap that is over 3 1/2 inches wide.
