This was corrected during inspection as staff reported for their shifts within 20 minutes, three caregivers arrived for PreK, and two toddler classrooms.
The infant classroom was found over ratio by 2 infants. Caregiver was caring for 6 infants with specified age group of 10 months. The child:caregiver ratio for this class is 1:4. The director was found supervising both the preK class of 6 children and the toddler class of 18 children with SAG of 2 years totaling 24 children to one caregiver. This was corrected during inspection as staff reported for their shifts within 20 minutes and the director was able to join the caregiver in the infant classroom. Three caregivers arrived for PreK, and two toddler classrooms.

The under-sink cabinets in the restrooms contained lysol and cleaning products that are accessible to children. There are no security latches for the cabinet doors. This was corrected when all supplies were taken out and placed in a locked cabinet/storage.

The operation did not have a documented record of monthly smoke detector/carbon monoxide tests conducted.
