Cleaning solutions and other chemicals were found in an unlocked floor level cabinet in a classroom that was accessible to children. This was corrected at inspection when the caregiver removed the chemicals from the cabinet.

It was observed that caregivers are not washing children's hands after diapering. A wet wipe was used to clean a child's hand. This was corrected at inspection when the caregiver agreed to wash the child's hands.

The operation did not have an emergency preparedness plan completed or available for review.

The operation did not report a child injury that required medical treatment within the two day timeframe.

Caregivers failed to inform a parent that their child fell, which resulted in a contusion behind the child's left ear.
