The strong smell of chemicals was noticed upon entry to the operation. After being at the operation for only a short time I had a headache from the strong chemical smell.

It was found that the operation is not using the Clorox dilution table correctly. ( 1/3 Cup of bleach plus Zep degreaser) The operation is also using an industrial grade degreaser solution (Zep) in combination with the Clorox daily.

The operation is also using Clean Up Clorox Cleaner + Bleach solution to wipe down tables. By the amounts of bleach being used and combining of mentioned chemicals it is clear the product labels are not being followed.
