The relocation diagram was not posted, a process for reunification was not included, nor was the continuity of care addressed in the emergency plan. This was corrected at inspection when he Director added all items to the plan.
The evacuation diagram did not identify areas for children to relocate within the building in the event of a lock down or severe weather. This was corrected at inspection with the director added the location to all diagrams.
