During an investigation, it was determined that the operation was offering and providing transportation services to children in care without any prior notification to Child Care Regulation, as required.

Two wooden boards from the fence on the playground were observed missing posing a hazard. NOTE: Corrected at inspection when the boards were installed.

Two caregivers were observed working in the classrooms supervising children without receiving a letter of eligibility. NOTE: Corrected at inspection when staff left the facility and BGC were submitted.

Two children's files were missing the address for their emergency contact.

Four children under the age of the two years old were observed watching TV before lunch.

Operation did have not have monthly infant feeding schedule on file for a three month old infant.

Caregiver was observed changing a diaper and not sanitizing after completed. Caregiver proceeded to bring another child for a diaper change without sanitizing for the diaper change prior.

Caregiver were observed changing a child's diaper and not washing the child's after the diaper change was complete.

During nap time the toddler and preschool classoorm did not have adequate lightening. Staff could not visually see the children once the lights were turned off.
