A broken toy with sharp edges was accessible to children. NOTE: These 3 hazards were corrected at inspection when the assistant director called Pest control and scheduled for them to come out on today. The assistant director was able to screw the nail in from protruding out of the playhouse roof area. The assistant director removed the broken toy from the playground.
