Preschool caregiver stepped out of the classroom to open the front door; leaving eleven children unsupervised during naptime.

A 3 year old child was placed on a high chair for unknown amount of time. The child fell asleep on the high chair.

A cleaning solution bottle was labeled as water, but had disinfecting solution. Therefore, the bottle was not labeled correctly. Note. This was corrected at inspection.

Four fire extinguishers were not properly mounted.

The infant classroom had an air fresher on top of the half moon table that was at hands reach of children. The Pre-K classroom had cleaning wipes and disinfecting spray by the window at hands reach of children.

A health inspection is required prior to obtaining an initial permit.

There were 12 children in the infant classroom with two caregivers. Capacity of the classroom is 10 infants. There were 13 children in the toddler classroom with one caregiver. Capacity of the classroom is 7 children.
