There were two trash cans that were observed to have no lids on them, that had soiled/dirty diapers thrown in them. Note: This was corrected at inspection where there were lids that were placed on both trash cans.
After a child was diaper changed the child was observed to be placed back in their chair without getting their hands washed. Note: After the caregiver was reminded to wash the child's hands, the caregiver quickly went to the child and took them to go get their hand's washed.
