There were 2 caregiver files out of the10 that were viewed, that did not have the required 24 hours of annual training. One caregiver was missing 11 hours of annual training and another caregiver was missing 6 hours of annual training.
There was an infant's bottles that were not labeled with the child's first name and last initial.
