At the time of the inspection, a child-sized wooden well was observed with a broken wood piece that exposed nail. In addition to a broken wooden pallet board, both accessible to the children. NOTE: Compliance has been met as they were removed from the playground.

Infant caregiver confirmed the handwashing sink is used to rinse infant bottles, plates, and spoons. Corrected during inspection. Plates and spoons were removed from sink area and infant caregivers were inform the sink is only for hand washing purposes.

There were two children identified with a food allergy, one child's food allergy plan was missing physician's authorization signature. Second child in care had a note from physician indicating child was allergic to lactose, but a food allergy plan was not created.
A child diagnosed food allergy was not posted in the classroom and room where food is prepared.
