During the course of an investigation, it was determined that good judgement was not demonstrated when a caregiver fed an infant breast milk designated for another child.

There was a child left on the playground unsupervised, the child was found by a parent and teachers were notified and then returned the child to the class. The caregiver in charge of the class was terminated.
