Based on the evidence gathered through the investigation conducted, it can be determined that the operation was not in compliance with the minimum standards.

Based on the evidence gathered it can be stated that an operation staff did not use positive statements when comforting children.

Based on the evidence gathered, there is evidence to state that an operation staff spanked children while in care when they misbehaved.

Two classrooms were observed with children's meals served on the bare table. This was corrected at inspection when their food was placed on napkins.

During inspection a child was observed repeatedly being turned onto their tummy and not allowed to stand up off of the cot. This was corrected at inspection when the caregiver then allowed the child to get up out of the cot.

A childcare was observed to have no lighting and doors closed for naptime.

Two of four childrens files did not have updated immunization records. Two of four childrens files did not have signed physicians healthcare statements.

One of four employee files did not have verification that they meet age/education qualification.
