During the course of the investigation, it was determined that the operation was not open to parents of children in care during operating hours.
During the course of the investigation, it was determined that a caregiver used a chair with a strap to restrain a child from moving during timeout.
During the course of the investigation, it was determined that a caregiver used poor judgment and demonstrated a lack of self-control when they raised their voice and used profane language in the presence of children in care.
There were toilet cleaning supplies that were located in a cabinet underneath the sink in the school age classroom. Note: This was quickly corrected at inspection when the cleaning supplies were removed from under neath the sink to a high shelf located on the wall.
There were four children files out of the ten viewed that did not have a health statement signed by the child's health care physician available for review.
Observed 10 infants/toddlers ranging between the age of 6 months to 21 months sitting in a high chair and not securely fastened with safety straps. 2 out of the 10 high chairs being used were missing safety straps. This was partially corrected when safety straps were added to the missing 2 highchairs.
Observed 2 infants (ages 8 months and 9 months) alseep in a swing.
Observed the waterhose loose on the playground while the children were outside playing. This was corrected when the caregiver securely wrapped the waterhose.
Observed the infant room with 5 infants (SAG of 12months) with 1 caregiver. Observed the toddler classroom with 9 infants/toddlers (SAG of 17months) with 1 caregiver.
