At the time of inspection, the infants ages 12 to 17 months were not supervised in the nap room.
At the time of inspection there were six infants ages 6 months to 17 months with one caregiver. This was corrected when two children were moved to the 12 to 24 month old class.
At the time of inspection the infant caregiver was washing lunch dishes in the hand washing sink. This was corrected when the dishes were taken to the kitchen area to be washed.
At the time of inspection the caregiver in the two to four year old classroom left the group of children unsupervised in the classroom. This was corrected when the caregiver returned to the classroom.
There was one 5 month old infant asleep in a play yard, and the infant had a pacifier in her mouth with a beaded lanyard attached. This was corected at inspection when the caregiver removed the pacifier from the play yard.
At the time of inspection, the infant room caregiver was caring for five infants. Three infants were under the age of 12 months. This was corrected when the oldest child was moved out of the infant room and placed in the 18 to 24 month old classroom.
At the time of inspection, the infant room caregiver was caring for seven infants. The two and three year old caregiver was caring for 12 children. The core age for this group os 2 years old.
