Two out of four children's records were missing the emergency contact addresses. The Director correct this at the time of the inspection be getting the emergency contact addresses.
The Director left a caregvier in charge while she was on vacatin who did not know where files were for Licensing to review. This was corrected when a another caregiver came over from the sister location to help out the caregiver present in the building. The corrected at inspection box will not be checked because a follow up inspeciton will be done.
The Director had one out 30 reauired training hours for the calendar year of 2021-2022-her hire date to her anniversary date of hire.
