This standard was evaluated during the investigation and was found to be deficient. The operation was caring for children in another building located on the property which was not licensed, and did not notify CCR of the change.

This standard was evaluated during the investigation and was found to be deficient. A caregiver spanked one child while in care on one occasion and slapped another child on another occasion while in care.

It was determined the operation had not been documenting that fire drills were being completed as required. The operation corrected this during today's inspection by completing a fire drill and documenting it as required.

While reviewing safety drills, it was determined that the operation had not completed a fire drill in the month of October. The operation corrected this at the inspection by completing a fire drill during the inspection.

An affidavit for employment must be completed for one caregiver.

The storage chest used at the operation does not include ventilation holes.

The emergency preparedness plan doe not include: 1.Name and address of the alternate shelter away from the center you will use as needed; and 2. How children in attendance at the time of the emergency will be accounted for at the designated safe area or alternate shelter.

The director has not signed up and certified to receive email notices from the CPSC.

One caregiver is lacking pre-service training.

The operation's First Aid kit was not available during the inspection.
