I observed two classrooms not operating in compliance with minimum standards regarding group size and ratio. The director and operation owner were sitting at the front desk, and did not immediately intervene to assist in correcting the problem.

I observed a child standing on a table in the Pre-toddler 2 classroom. I observed a child standing on a bookshelf in the Toddler 2 classroom. Caregivers were unaware of the child's activity in both classrooms. I asked both children to put their feet back on the floor and notified caregivers.
