A caregiver who is on a provisional status which included a condition in which states that they are not allowed to be alone with a group of children was left alone and in charge of a group of children in a classroom during the inspection. This was corrected during the inspection when a caregiver with no conditions was asked to go into the classroom with the caregiver.

This standard was evaluated during the inspection and was found to be deficient. The operation has not been providing or sharing infant daily reports to the parents.

At the time of inspection an infant was observed asleep in their crib on their tummy. A doctor's note was posted over the crib advising that the child has acid reflux and must lay on their tummy after eating for a period of time. No sleep exemption form had been completed by the child's doctor.

This standard was tasked over for this investigation and found to be deficient. It was determined that infants are allowed to fall asleep in their cribs while holding their bottles.

Two out of six staff files were missing documentation for CPR/First Aid Training.

Caregivers in the two year old classroom was focusing on "what not to do" instead of teaching them proper behavior in the classroom.

The outlets in the infant classroom and four year old classroom were not covered with safety cover.
