Observed 4 caregiver files out of 8 staff. One caregiver had 18 hours of training within the 24 hours. I spoke with the director regarding when training year starts for each employee. This was corrected when I went over the tarining years with the director.

Observed one caregiver caring for 6 children ages 4 months to 19 months old. Two children were taken to another classroomroom leaving the classroom in compliance. The classrooms specified age group was 12-17 months old and was only allowed 5 children with one caregvier.

The outdoor area was not checked for prior to children accessing the playground this morning. The outdoor area had small white spikey insects on the play equipment, small balloon rubber pieces on the ground. In one classroom, there was ceiling tiles missing.

During an inspection, the licensing representative came inside the operation and noticed a child in a classroom by themselves. The child was taken to the classroom teacher. I spoke to the caregiver about knowing where all the children are at all times.
