A 14 months old was observed sleeping on a mat. A 3 months baby was laying on a crib. Caregiver was observed feeding a 9 months and 12 months old babies away from infant area. High chairs were babies where sitting are located against the wall close to the kitchen area. Infant room caregiver was facing the babies at the highchairs while giving her back to the babies at the room. After approaching director a high chair was placed within the area where infants are.

A 13 months old was observed riding a toy in an area by herself while Infant teacher was sitting on infant room feeding a baby and supervising three more children that were sitting on the carpet. Director asked another caregiver to stay with the 13 months old.

Monthly Smoke Detector Testing has not been done since summer 2021. Director was asked to check smoke detector and document.
