Documentation of severe weather drills being conducted was not available for review during the inspection.

There is no section in the parent handbook or form for the parents to fill out if they are bringing meals from home stating they are responsible for the nutritional value of the meals they are providing. There is currently one child that brings meals from home.

The operation does not complete a daily building and grounds checklist.

A caregiver did not practice good judgment or self control when they were focused more on the negative aspects of children's behavior when communicating with parents.

There are multiple concerns of a caregiver grabbing children in a harsh manner.

A caregiver threatened their own child with corporal punishment while in care.

A child touched another child on a private part on the playground and none of the caregivers saw or heard this incident happening.

The child sustained a head injury on the playground, which operation staff was unaware of or did not respond appropriately to.

A child was not provided first aid following a head injury on the playground.

Based on the investigation findings, this standard was reviewed and found to be in non-compliance. The operation did not report to CCR within two days after becoming aware of the positive COVID-19 cases.
