Parent did not receive proper documentation when a child was injured in care.

During the inspection there were 13 children in care. The home has a capacity of 12 children.

The operation was cited for a standard that was the basis of the voluntary plan of action.

During the inspection there was a child under two participating in screen time. This was corrected when the child was moved to a different group participating in a different activity.

The home had 16 children present in care, exceeding the capacity of 12.

Upon arrival at the operation there were 14 children in the nap room. During the inspection the primary caregiver called parents and two children were picked up, bringing the total number of children to 12.

One person was present in the home without a background check.

The first aid kit did contain adhesive tape.

The consumer product recall form was not completed since 2018. This was corrected during the inspection when the primary caregiver insured the home was free from recalled items and signed the form.
