A caregiver with conditions, such as not being allowed to drive and being paired with another caregiver with conditions/restrictions, was observed to be driving the vehicle utilized to transport children with another caregiver in the vehicle that also has conditions.

It was observed that the children did not wash their hands before eating snack.
