During the inspection 3 children were observed in a classroom with the door shut and were playing monopoly. There was also a exit door to the outside in the room the children were in. Note: Another caregiver arrived and went into the classroom to supervise the children.
On the playground there was a plastic riding toy that had a cracked wheel. There was also a small sharp object sticking out of one of the bars on the equipment the children use. Note: Pictures were taken.
In the 2-3 yr old room where the children were napping there was not a emergency diagram posted. Note: When pointed out a diagram was posted.
During the inspection children were observed sitting inside eating lunch and some where outside playing. The caregiver was standing in the doorway watching both groups of children. Note: The children came inside during the inspection.
