Violation Details
A caregiver was observed not conducting a physical walkthrough of the transportation vehicle. Caregiver informed Licensing that a child disabled the child safety alarm due to the heat and spacing between the seats.

One staff was not aware of the number of children, in which they were responsible for. The staff informed Licensing that there were 14 school-age children, in which there were only 11 children. The staff acknowledged that they did not account for the children exiting the vehicle.

An infant classroom with children 12 months through 17 months of age had reduced ratio during naptime. The classroom had six children with one caregiver which put them over ratio by one child. Note- This was corrected during the ispection when a second caregiver was brought into the classroom.
15 infant bottles and training cups were not properly labeled with the infant's first name and last initial. Note- This was corrected during the inspection when the bottles and training cups were properly labeled.
