Based on observation and interviews, it was determined that children were not engaged in routine outdoor activities when weather permitted.

Based on inspection observations and interviews, it was determined that the director is maintaining overall compliance; however, during the investigation inspection, it was determined that the director had a caregiver present without a background check, a caregiver who had not been providing outdoor activities on a routine basis, and screen time activities were not being included on written activity plans.
