A yellow and white tube of disinfectant wipes was observed in an unlocked cabinet in room 9 which was accessible to children during the inspection. Note: The provider removed the wipes during the inspection.
Steps on play structure are rusting and beginning to have part of step fall. The area is approximately 3 x 2 inches. This section is lower than the rest of the step, and the rusty, metal edge is showing. Note: Photos were taken.
