At follow up the same classroom was out of ratio by 4 children. There were only 22 children allowed. There were 26 children with 3 caregivers. The ages of the children are: 20 mon 20 mon 21 mon 21 mon 21 mon 22 mon 22 mon 23 mon 22 mon (14) 2 year olds (3) 3 year olds

A 2 year old child's food allergy plan is not signed by the physician.

Elementary playground only has 2 inches of mulch and needs 7 more inches of mulch.

Multiple classrooms did not have bottles of cleaner labeled.

The operation had 168 children in care during inspection. The school is over capacity by 5 children with an approved capacity of 163 children.

There were 2 children observed unsupervised in the hallway of elementary building going to bathrooms Another 5 year old child was seen in Primary 4 classroom unsupervised coming out of bathroom. These 3 children returned to the Lower Elementary classroom.

Elementary Campus building does not have a fire inspection.

One person was present during inspection without a clear background check.

At inspection to evaluate new space there were 31 children in care prior to approval of building.

Documentation provided for review indicates a fire inspection was last completed March 2020.

A food allergy plan is not on record for one child enrolled in care with an identfied allergy.

An employee was allowed direct access to children in care prior to receiving a background check determination.
