This standard was reviewed as part of an investigation and found non-compliant. The operation failed to report to licensing that children were left unattended in the gym.

It was observed that two children had left a classroom without staff's knowledge and were discovered by a parent and licensing in the hallway.

It was observed that there were three bottles in the refigerator that were not label with the child's name to whom they belonged to. This was corrected when the caregiver labeled the bottles.

During follow up iinspection there was one child under two years old that was watching a video on the tv.

During inspection it was observed that there were six children with a specific age of 12 months old being cared for by one caregiver. This was corrected when another caregiver came into the classroom.

During follow up in two seperate classrooms there were staff with conditions that were left alone with a group of children. This was corrected when another staff without conditions came in the classroom.

During follow up inspection it was observed that a staff wiith background conditions was not following their conditions when I arrived at operation. This was corrected when another staff without conditions came in the classroom.

As part of an investigation it was discovered that a caregiver whose presence at the operation is on a provisional basis and must never be left in charge of a group of children was working in a classroom alone with children and was in charge of a group of children.

It was observed during the inspection that children were being cared for in non licensed room. It was also, observed that the operation had added space to their infant room without notifying licensing prior. This was corrected when the children were moved to a licesensed classroom.

A caregiver whose presence at the operation is on a provisional basis and must never be left in charge of a group of children was observed working in a classroom alone with and in charge of a group of children. This was corrected at inspection as another staff member went into the classroom with the staff member.

It was observed that on a shelf under the changing table there were a multiple cleaning supplies and hand sanitizer accessible to children. (photos taken) This was corrected at inspection when caregiver removed cleaning supplies and place out of reach of children.

An initial fire inspecton was not available at inspection.

It was observed that the operational policies was lacking multiple required policies. A list was left with permit holder of missing policies.
