A caregiver failed to supervise a group of children when the caregiver left 8 children, ages 19 months to 3 years old unsupervised in the classroom for approximately 2-3 minutes. In addition, during this time another caregiver was asked to supervise this class and instead remained in their own classroom which prevented this caregiver from having visual and auditory awareness of the ongoing activities in the classroom left unattended.
