This standard was reviewed as part of an investigation and found non-compliant. During the investigation photos were taken. Trash was observed on the playgrounds along with broken toys, trash was on the floors and sinks in school age classroom, the floor and the toilet in boy's school age classroom room was dirty and the girl's school age bathroom was out of order and lastly a rip was observed in the diaper changing mat in the infant II classroom.

This standard was reviewed as part of an investigation and found non-compliant. During the investigation photos were taken and the infant/toddler playground a gate leading to the parking lot had a gap that a child could fit through. On the pre-k playground the bottom of the fencing was loose that a child could get under the fence and lastly a child is able to fit between fencing and fence post.
