During the inspection, the emergency prsctive drilld were not documented correctly. The operstion did not complete a fire drill for January 2026. For the year 2025, the fire drills were missing the start time. The sheltering in place, severe weather and lock down drills were missing the start time and exit time.

The van used to transport children in care did not use the booster seats as required. Photos were taken of each row of the van without any booster seats. The director was able to put the booster seats back in the van.

Based on information obtained during the investigation, the parents were not notified of a child becoming ill while in care. The child's mouth area was blue, and the parents were not notified of it.
The Operational policy or the Parent handbook was missing several sections.
