There was an exposed bolt on the play structure on the toddler playground.
One bus was missing scissors in the first aid kit. The second bus was missing scissors and a thermometer. NOTE: This was corrected at inspection when the items were put into the first aid kits.
I observed an food allergy emergency plan for a child that had not been signed by the parent. NOTE: This was corrected during the inspection.
I observed that the first aid kit in the bus did not include tweezers or thermometer.
I evaluated 10 children's records. I observed the following information missing from the files: 1. One child was missing the preschool health statement. 2. One child was missing the address for the emergency contact person.
In suite 350 there was a bottle of disinfectant that was on a low shelf accessible to the children. Note: A picture was taken. Note: The bottle of disinfectant was removed.
