During the observation of the video, it was observed the caregiver holding a child by the forearm and walking to the carpet. The caregiver pulled the child to the floor by one arm, resulting in the child receiving an injury of Nursemaids Elbow.

After reviewing the video footage is determined prohibited punishment did occur. Caregiver used the shoe to hit a child on the foot.
