During an observation of the center, it was observed two caregivers with conditions supervising two groups of children. One group who had 9 students age range from 2/3 and the second with 8 students age range from 18/ 19 months.

During an inspection it was brought to licensing attention a caregiver was arrested and received conditions on their background. This operation received notification of the change on May 8, 2025. This was not notified to their licensing inspector.
