This standard was reviewed in relation to the reported allegations and found to be deficient. The caregiver pulled a child off of the shelf by the wrist and pulled the child by the arm to sit by another caregiver. This action resulted in the child receiving nurse maid's elbow.

During inspection the loose fill was observed on the pre-k playground. The fill under the swings was not at the proper 6 inches of depth and the fill in front of the slides on both climbing structures was less than 6 inches.
During inspection the children's lunches were observed to be placed directly on the talbe and not on a plate or napkin. This was discussed with the operation.
