This standard was reviewed in relation to the allegations and found to be deficient. The two play equipment were placed back to back towards each other which is against the manufactured instructions and it lead to a child?s injury.

During inspection an infant was observed sleeping in a restrictive device with an empty bottle in their lap. This was corrected when I advised the caregiver of the standards and asked caregiver to remove child from device.
During inspection, an infant was in the high chair table without straps. This was brought into compliance when the infant was removed from the table.
This standard was reviewed in relation to the reported allegations and found to be deficient. The operation was not allowing parents in the building with an open door policy and did not have a pandemic policy in place for the parents or have them sign off on this policy.
During inspection the children immunization records were reviewed for the HASA and 3 records were not current.
