The Director picked up the blankets, swept the floors and cleaned under the changing table during the inspection. The Director placed a lid on the trashcans and removed the trash bags.
A 4 month old infant was observed sleeping in a restrictive device (bouncer). The Director removed the infant from the bouncer.
An 8 month old infant was observed asleep in a crib in the infant room without a caregiver present in the classroom. A 4 year old child was observed going to the restroom towards the back of the building without a caregiver present to supervise.
There was 1 caregiver present in the building during nap time with 17 children in care (4 months to 4 years old). Two other caregivers arrived during the inspection.
