Two personnel records reviewed did not have the complete 24 hours of annual training complete. One caregiver has completed 10 hours and another caregiver has completed 16 hours of annual training.
Through information received with this investigation, it was determined that the caregiver was rough in grabbing a child for his failure to comply with her verbal prompts.
Based on information received from staff and children, the caregiver failed to demonstrate good judgement when she was rough in grabbing children to make them comply with her.
