One out of three staff had the required 30 hours however staff member was also missing communicable diseases, food allergies, building and premises safety, hazardous materials including blood borne pathogens, and emergency preparedness training. One out of three staff had the required 24 hours however staff member was also missing child maltreatment, communicable diseases, food allergies, building and premises safety, hazardous materials including blood borne pathogens, and emergency preparedness training. One out of three staff had 22 1/2 of the 24 required annual hours on file.
