During the inspection the personnel files were missing, notarized affidavits, high school diplomas, and documentation of pre-service trainings.
During the inspection there were eight infants observed sleeping, two infants did not have a crib/playpen and were observed sleeping in a bouncer. This was corrected by the director taking two playpens to the infant classroom.
During the inspection a caregiver with a pending background check was accessible to children in care and counted in ratio. This was corrected by the caregiver leaving the operation and being replaced with caregiver with a cleared background check.
During the inspection the playground was observed with a large tree limb hanging down from a tree and leaning on playground fence. Observed a sink cabinet accessible to children containing rodent traps without a safety latch on the cabinet to prevent children in care from accessing items under sink. The traps were removed during the inspection.
During the inspection a outlet accessible to children under 5 years was observed uncovered. This was corrected by the outlet being covered with a safety cover.
During the inspection it was determine that two caregivers were missing 20 required annual clock hours.
During the inspection infant bottles were observed without name labels. This was corrected during the inspection by the director printing labels and placing on bottles.
