During the investigation inspection, the playground was observed to have broken bricks, wire, and broken toys on it. Also the cleaning supplies in the school age room needs to be moved out of the children's reach.
Evidence gathered during this investigation shows children were allowed to use their tablets and phones while in care. The children were viewing information that was not age appropriate or part of the operation's planned activities for educations goals.
During the unannounced inspection, the operation was out of compliance with child/staff ratio. During the inspection, another caregiver arrived correcting the deficiency.
During the unannounced inspection, there were children in separate classrooms with only one caregiver. Children were left unattended as the caregiver left one classroom and went to another classroom where other children were playing.
