A caregiver was observed on video footage to have aggressively carried a 1yo child by the arm.
Based on the information obtained from the DFPS abuse/neglect investigation, a caregiver was found to have neglected to protect children being physically abused by a fellow caregiver by failing to report the abuse as mandated.
Based on the information obtained from the DFPS abuse/neglect investigation, it was found that the director failed to appropriately supervise caregivers to ensure that children were not abused/neglected.
Based on the information obtained from the DFPS abuse/neglect investigation, it was found that two caregivers were being unnecessarily harsh and cruel in their treatment of children. Caregivers were observed to forcefully grab and pull children's arms, grabbing children by their clothing in order to force them to sit down, grabbing a child by their shoulder causing them to fall down, and were also observed to have dragged a child across the daycare room floor.
Based on the information obtained from the DFPS abuse/neglect investigation, two caregivers were found to have physically abused children in care and one of which was found to have additionally neglected to protect the children by failure to report that children were being abused.
Based on the information obtained from the DFPS abuse/neglect investigation, it was found that two caregivers were being unnecessarily harsh and cruel in their treatment of children during nap time. Caregivers were observed to pick children up and slam them onto nap mats, pulling children by the arms to force them to lay down straight, kick a child on their legs and back to recenter their bodies on the nap mat, dragging children to the nap mat, and shoving children face down into the nap mat.
