Two records were not available. The provider's children did not have records. This was corrected during the inspection when the records were completed.

Upon driving up one school age was by themselves outside. Later another school age child entered the home by themselves. They were at the next door neighbor's house.

There was a chicken loose on property. A picture was taken showing a hole in the gate where the chickens are getting out.

Ratio was not met. There were 2 infants, 5 children over the age of 18 months and 2 schoolers. Ratio was 1:9 it was supposed to be 1:8.

Five outlets are not covered. Pictures were taken.

A follow-up inspection completed on 06/23/23 showed the freezer had safety lock on it, knives were placed in a drawer with child safety locks and the TV has been screwed to the TV stand. The front door does not have stairs for easy access for an exit in case of an emergency.

It was determined child care was being provided to 6 unrelated children in the home.
