During the investigation inspetion, a four month old infant was asleep in a crib and was swaddled. The caregiver corrected at inspection.
Two children were left unsupervised on the playground for 5 minutes.
The caregiver failed to demonstrate competency by not counting the number of children in care before leaving the playground and as a result of the caregiver not counting, two children were left on the playground alone.
