The most recent fire inspection report was not available for inspection. The last recorded inspection was held on 1.11.2024.

In the handbook or application there was no signed verification that the parents were aware of their parent rights.

In a classroom with a specified age of 1-12 months, a caregiver was alone with seven children. In another group there were 24 children ranging in age from toddler - PreK with a caregiver and a volunteer. Noted: this was corrected during the inspection when another caregiver was brought into the room.

A infant child, under 12 months was observed to be laid in the crib with a blanket.

It was determined through an investigation that prohibited discipline, slapping children's wrist, was being used.

One caregiver was in charge of five infants with a specified age group of 0 to 11 months. This was corrected at inspection when an older infant was moved to the toddler room.

A fire extinguisher was sitting on a half wall and not mounted to a wall.

There were 4 infants under the age of 17 months that was mixed with children 18 months and older during naptime.

A child that was enrolled in the after-school program did not want to eat breakfast or lunch that was offered to him. This was not communicated to the parent until the following day.

The one out of two fire extinguishers located in the building was last serviced in August 2020. This was corrected when the director called for the company to come out and service them during the inspection.

Two out of eight children's records were missing the emergency contact of another responsible individual who should be contacted in an emergency.

There was no transportation safety training available for review at the time of the inspection.

Two out of eight records were missing a health statement signed by a doctor.

The promotion of Physical Activity was not available for review in the Operational Policies.

The last fire inspection was conducted on 8-11-2020. Fire inspections are due annually. The director was able to make an appointment for 2-15-2022.
