A caregiver was observed handling a toddler roughly to turn child over onto their back so they can remain lying on the mat. Child was still fidgeting and crying, then child was lifted by the caregiver from their mat and sat firmly on an adult chair next to her mat.
The last annual fire inspection was conducted on 7/5/2023. The next fire inspection is scheduled for 7/18/24. This request to schedule it was made today, 7/16/24.
